Connecting Girls, Changing Futures

A Global Movement for Health, Dignity, and Sustainability.

Menstrual poverty affects over 500 million women and girls worldwide. It is not just a health issue – it is a matter of human rights, education, and environmental responsibility.

Menstrual Poverty Action is a global initiative bridging girls in Ireland and the Western world with girls in developing countries. Together with our partner Real Relief, we are building a community of solidarity, knowledge, and sustainable solutions that ensure no girl is left behind.

Our Mission

We aim to educate, connect, and empower girls worldwide to end menstrual poverty together.
Educate

We provide menstrual health education to girls globally, including guidance on sustainable practices and hygiene management.

Connect

We build a sisterhood between girls in developed and developing countries-sharing stories, twinning across cultures, breaking the stigma, and fostering global empathy.

Empower

We ensure access to safe and sustainable menstrual solutions, giving every girl the dignity, confidence, and opportunity to thrive.
